From Coppélia To H&M

These past couple of weeks haven't been to exciting but I'm absolutely enjoying my summer break!  I have doing a lot of shopping as always but this weekend was great.  I say this because I got to see my beautiful sister and best friend perform the ballet Coppelia.  It was the first time in a while that the studio chose to do an actual ballet for their summer performance, but if you ask me I think it was a hit.
My mom helped with a lot of the costumes making it even more special.  The tutus were fabulous and sparkled from the back row of the theatre.  They did amazing and glowed as usual.  I'm so proud of them this year they really make the studio shine.
Today, my mom and I took a trip down to the Americana in Glendale.  She had never been there and I knew that she would love all of the great shopping and relaxed atmosphere.  And I was right she loved every minute of it.  So after spending hours in H&M and walking around all the other shops we made our way to Trattoria Amici where we had the most amazing pizza and salad lunch ever.  It almost felt as if we were in Italy again.
So this weekend to say the least was full of fun and excitement and lots of things to look forward too.
